Stroud Road public school has provided an excellant education to so many students since it opened. It has always provided a healthy and exciting learning experience, from kindergarten to year 6.
A little history...
Records revealed that a national school was opened at Telegherry in May 1860. Then in 1883 an application for the establishment of a public school at seven mile station, was declined. The following year it opened as a provisional school under the name of Clareval. Both schools then were replaced by Stroud Road Public school, which commenced in 1919 and is still educating young children today.
